CLASS Academy will be open ON TIME today. If road conditions are unsafe in your area, please use your best judgement and stay home or come in late if needed. Be safe and have a wonderful holiday!

2-hour delay: Tuesday, November 23, 2010

CLASS Academy will be on a 2-hour delay due to inclement weather and driving conditions in the surrounding areas. The school will be open at 9a.m. for drop-off and school will start at 9:15a.m. Drive safely!

Inclement Weather Policy

CLOSURE AND DELAY INFORMATION WILL BE POSTED ON THE INCLEMENT WEATHER BLOG AND ON ALL MAJOR NEWS STATION'S WEBSTITES.

1. If the inclement weather is severe, the Executive Team will evaluate the forecast for the next day and do our best to decide on closure or delay the NIGHT BEFORE. We will attempt to make this decision by 10pm.

2. If the inclement weather shows possible change for the next day, the Executive Team will decide on closure or delay by 6am THAT DAY.

3. If CLASS Academy should call a 2-hour delay, we will be open for drop off at 9:15 a.m. and school will start promptly at 9:30a.m. If throughout the day the weather worsens to a dangerous degree, we may decide to begin calling parents to pick up their children early. This will be a last resort.
